ProfessionalGFX
ProfessionalGFX is my Maryland based web design and development business. This is also my longest running venture, operating for more than 6 years. Now, I’ve just turned 23 so, yes, that means I started ProfessionalGFX while in high school. Hey, it happens! Through ProfessionalGFX I offer a range of clients services that span the whole spectrum of making a presence on the internet and in the offline world. Graphic design, website design, website hosting, domain name registration, SEO consulting, social media consulting, programming, stationary design, printing services, and so much more – yea, we can do all that. Over the years I’ve built a strong network of contacts to make all these services available to my clients of which range in size and industry. However, I mostly work with small business, entrepreneurs, start up companies, and that guy sitting next to you in Starbucks working on his business plan. If you’re in need, give me a holler.
Dorm Room Biz
Dorm Room Biz has become my pride and joy over the last few years of running it. Dorm Room Biz is a website/blog focused on providing quality content and resources to other young entrepreneurs, student entrepreneurs, and people just interested in business. Most of the postings and content will focus on more of a youth related type of entrepreneurship, however, the content and tips are still relevant to anyone starting a business.
Dorm Room Biz topics range from business ideas, eBay, marketing ideas, making money online, blogging, start up tips, resources, interviews and reviews, and Twitter to just name a few areas. TheGearHouse
TheGearHouse is what started out a short while ago as just a blog about camping, backpacking, and the outdoors. Now, I’ve combined my eBay business venture with TheGearHouse and recently launched TheGearHouse Store. More about that in a minute. But, TheGearHouse still remains a blog about camping, backpacking, hiking, gear, the outdoors, and anything else related. I try to cover a wide range of topics including campsites to check out, trails that I’ve hiked, gear that I’ve used or reviewed, great deals from other retailers, and much more. The site is in its infancy stage still, so it is growing, and is it evloves, it will hopefully become a great resource for people. Along with the great text based content, I work hard to pump out a lot of video reviews of gear and items that you might not find anywhere else, such as a review of the GSI Outdoors Lexas Spice Rack.
Now, along with the blog portion of the site, there is the recently launched Store. The store features all of the great manufacturers and their products which I carry within my eBay store. Here you will find gear from Coghlans, Adventure Medical Kits, Industrail Revolution and Light My Fire, GSI Outdoors, Eagles Nest Outfitters, Lowe Alpine, Osprey, New England Ropes, and much more.
